Morphology and Structure of Nanosized Composite ParticlesPreparation with Gas Combustion

The composite particles TiO2 SiO2, TiO2 SnO2 were synthesised using gascombustion reactor.Among composite TiO2 SiO2 particles TiO2 crystal is a mixture of rutile and anatase,and SiO2 is amorphous. Composite structure is SiO2 binding on TiO2. While Ti∶Si is equal to 1∶4, SiO2 as a cover layer is bound toTiO2,its thickness is about 6~7nm. However,there are three crystal structuresSnO2,TiO2 of rutile and TiO2 of anatase among composite TiO2 SnO2 particles.On the surface of the composite particles, TiO2 and SnO2 have dispersed distribution. And the structure of the composite particles could be adjusted by different feed methods.
