Advancement in pharmacological intervention for spinal cord injury

Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a disease that hazard to human health seriously,especially the secondary injury result in neurological disorder and placing significant burdens on lift.Till now,there are many therapeutic strategies for SCI,but the treatment outcome is not perfect.Recently,medication for the secondary injury have become the emphases of study,and the key of the treatment is how to effective prevention in the spinal cord injury according to the complex mechanisms of the secondary injury after SCI.In this paper,we reviewed the latest developments in drug treatment for SCI.
