摘要

•The cisplatin-resistant gastric cancer was characterized with the metabolic feature of decreased GSH/GPX4 antioxidant defense system.•YJD inhibited the cisplatin drug resistance of gastric cancer through the induction of ferroptosis.•YJD induced ferroptosis in cisplatin-resistant gastric cancer via the AKT/GSK3β/NRF2/GPX4 axis.
