摘要
TNBC, Triple-negative breast cancer is a challenging threat, particularly affecting young women who continue to lack effective treatments. In spite of missing typical surface receptors like ER, PR, and HER2, recent research hints at the possible emergence of hormonal receptors ER, EGFR, and CD44 in TNBC cells. Exploiting this insight, Borassus flabellifer haustorium-derived phyto-compounds were screened in silico, revealing efficient targeting of hormonal receptors. Subse-quent in-vitro work employed, silver nanoparticles synthesized from Borassus flabellifer hausto-rium (BFHNPs), characterized through UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, DLS, and Zeta Poten-tiometer. These nanoparticles exhibited cytotoxicity against MDA-MB-231 cell lines, presenting a promising therapeutic avenue for TNBC, potentially addressing its aggressive nature and unmet medical need.
