摘要
Recently, enhancing health through sensible exercise has become a pursuit for many. However, the public's limited understanding of scientific exercise methods often leads to sports injuries and even fatal incidents. We propose a Real-time Health Evaluation System (RHES) using arch piezoelectric sensors for capturing pulse signals. An arch-type flexible piezoelectric sensor encapsulated by polyvinylidene fluoride and poly-dimethylsiloxane (PVDF/PDMS) which provides linear sensitivity, response repeatability, and biocompatibility. A Multi-attention One-dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (MA1DCNN) was utilized to evaluate the regression prediction of the pulse signals with a predicted R-squared of 0.89. RHES, deployed on an upper computer, not only facilitates effective human-computer interaction but also serves as a daily exercise assistant, helping users to objectively evaluate their real-time health status and mitigate injury risks during physical activities. Consequently, RHES merges technological advancement with health maintenance, providing a promising avenue for safe, scientifically backed physical exertion.
