This paper presents an optimal economic scheduling method for microgrids (MGs) considering electricity-carbon trading. First, a bi-level optimization framework for MGs is developed to promote the interaction between electricity trading and carbon trading. Second, the distribution locational marginal price (DLMP) is used to guide MGs in electricity markets, in which the change of electricity prices could affect the energy scheduling of MG. Third, the ladder type carbon trading mechanism is introduced to determine reasonable carbon trading prices. Finally, the optimal solution satisfying the bi-level model is obtained through DLMP cycle iteration. The effectiveness of the bi-level model was tested and verified by the simulation results, which realizes the optimal energy scheduling of MGs.
