Node Sensing Area Intersection Algorithm for Directional Sensor Networks

摘要
In recent years, regarded as the infrastructure of Internet of Things (IoT), wireless sensor network technology has developed rapidly. Based on the two-dimensional sector-shaped sensing model, the intersecting problem of sensor nodes in directional sensor networks is further investigated in this paper. By dividing the intersecting area between two nodes into circular segment area(s) and polygonal area(s), a directional sensor nodes sensing area intersection (SAI) algorithm based on coordinate location of sensor node is proposed in this paper. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the intersecting problem of sensor nodes with the characteristics of high accuracy. Further simulations is performed to investigate the property of the proposed correlation coefficient.
