Live Demonstration: A LED-based Pocket-size and Low-cost Fluorometer

We present and provide the demonstration of a prototype of a LED-based compact and handheld fluorometer. This innovative device offers the advantage of four distinct excitation wavelengths, with synchronous detection of the corresponding fluorescence spectra using a miniaturized spectrometer. As a result, we can generate a fluorescence matrix utilizing a cost-effective apparatus, facilitating practical application in various settings.
