Influence of Substrate and Film Thickness on Polymer LIPSS Formation
2023 Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics Europe & European Quantum Electronics Conference (CLEO/Europe-EQEC)(2023)
摘要
It is widely accepted that the formation of laser induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS) on polymer surfaces is due to the interference between the incident and scattered waves on the surface, which causes a heterogeneous intensity distribution and, together with a feedback mechanism, leads to an enhancement of the modulation intensity [1]–[2].
