Octave-Spanning Supercontinuum Generation in Thermally Deposited As2 S3 Waveguide on Wet-etched SiO2 Structure

摘要
We report octave-spanning supercontinuum generation in etch-less As 2 S 3 film waveguide platform. The spectrum is extended from 1.05 to 2.71 μm pumped by 45 pJ pulse energy at 1.56 μm telecommunication wavelength.
