摘要
The decomposition of medium and long-term contracts is one of the key links for the multi-time scale power markets. As the requirements of carbon emissions are gradually stricter, the contract decomposition results of power generation enterprises such as coal-fired units impact on the carbon emissions to a certain content. Given this background, a three-stage optimization decomposition model for medium and long-term trading electricity considering the equilibrium of contract completion schedule and the equilibrium of carbon emissions is proposed in this paper. The model is divided into three stages as the annual, monthly and daily contract energy decomposition sub-models, which can decompose the medium and long-term contract energy into each period of the operation day. Especially, the annual decomposition sub-model considers the equilibrium of contract completion schedule and carbon emissions, and then two objective functions are proposed for optimization. Finally, case studies on a power system with three coal-fired units and two gas-fired units are performed to verify the effectiveness of the model. The results show that the proposed decomposition model could help to decompose the annual contract energy to trading curves of units, as well as achieve the target of carbon emissions.
