Temperature rise calculation of synchronous reluctance motors based on the LPTN

摘要
In recent years, synchronous reluctance motors (synRMs) have become a research boom with their own advantages. The heat generated by the motor operation makes the internal temperature rise too high, which affects the performance and reliable operation of the motor. In this paper, lumped-parameter thermal-network (LPTN) is used to analyze the temperature field of synRM and establish the thermal network model of 45 nodes, which truly reflects the temperature rise of each part of the motor. Finally, the correctness of this thermal network calculation model is proved by comparing with the analysis results of finite element method (FEM).
