Chest wall perforator flaps for partial breast reconstruction after conservative surgery: Prospective analysis of safety and reliability

•To the best of our knowledge this is the first study of this type in our country, although there is still a lack of scientific information about this topic.•This study reiterates the safety and reliability of this surgical techniques.•Chest wall perforator flaps are a good option for immediate partial reconstruction of a breast defect after conservative surgery, showing a low surgical morbidity.
