BLE Controlled Smart LED Driver for Home Lighting Applications

The proposed paper shows integrated power quality management and power conversion as per load requirement for light emitting diode (LED) for LED lighting applications. The smartness of LED lighting is done using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The mesh technology is used the improve the range limitation for the radio frequency (RF) technology. The proposed scheme capable to handle 40W LED load in safe extra low voltage (SELV) range (24-48V) having 700mA constant current capability. The input voltage is in the universal input voltage range with high power quality.
