摘要

We heterogeneously integrate As 2 S 3 Brillouin waveguides and Si modulators, enabling a compact chip-based RF photonic filter with 50 dB rejection. This level of photonic integration facilitates novel on-chip processing, increasing RF gain by 16 dB.
