A Fine-Grained Reliability Evaluation Method Considering Dual-Chain-Loop Mode

This study focuses on the unique dual-chain-loop wiring method in the power distribution network, and investigates the N-l faults of the main transformer in the substation, N-l and N-2 faults of the busbar in the substation, N-l and N-2 faults of the feeder, and the busbar fault in the switch station. A fine-grained reliability assessment method considering the dual-chain-loop wiring mode is proposed. This assessment method takes the advanced distribution network in modern cities as the research object, and uses the load outage time as the switch action time to calculate the system reliability assessment indicators, including the system average interruption frequency index (SAIFI), the system average interruption duration index (SAIDI), the customer average interruption frequency index (CAIDI), and the average supply availability index (ASAI). Feasibility is verified by constructing a standard case with the dual-chain-loop distribution network.
