Array Antenna Based on Low RCS Metasurface

This paper proposes an array antenna based on low radar cross-section metasurface. Using the cross-arrangement distribution of metasurfaces and appropriate feeding techniques to excite some metasurface units to generate effective radiation. These partially excited metasurfaces serve a dual purpose as the radiating structure of the array antenna and as part of the scattering structure with low RCS properties. The results show that the array antenna achieves good radiation performance with a working bandwidth of 13.99-19.08 GHz. There is a significant RCS reduction within the bandwidth of 12-27.76GHz, which can be used in stealth platforms.
