With the rapid development of power electronics technology, power equipment is moving towards high power density and miniaturization. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of large volume and high losses in traditional transformers, the application of power electronics technology to power transformers and the research and development of high-frequency transformers have become a hot direction in the power industry. This article constructs a 10kHz/50kW four-winding transformer with nanocrystalline core and litz wire winding. Accurately calculated the electromagnetic loss characteristics of high-frequency transformers under no-load test. And through electromagnetic temperature field coupling calculation method, Calculate the temperature distribution of high-frequency transformer under natural convection. Then analyze the hot spot temperature.
