Study on the Causes of HPM Spurious Out-of-band Emissions

The HPM signal source is usually affected by a number of factors such as equipment and measurement environment, which results in the different between the measured HPM and the ideal HPM. This leads to the possibility of other out-of-band emissions in the frequency domain, which can have a significant impact on subsequent simulations and other work. In this paper, we change the perturbation mode of the carrier frequency in the fitted HPM. The result is found that the out-of-band emissions might generate when the amplitude fluctute randomly in a certain continuous time. The amplitude of carrier fluctuations, the start time and duration of carrier disturbance do not affect the out-of-band emissions.
