In the modern era most of the folks are embrangled with the e-commerce platform for buying their essentials. Normally we buy our required components based on our annual income, the items which we buy will be in that price range only, right. so, as we see when we open the e-commerce website like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. the products will be recommended to us based on our interests and our previous orders price range. Our dataset is been used by very little number of papers so we will give a good insight to the data we have used and results which we have produced. So, when the required product with a suitable budget catches our attention, we may buy it, so this is how e-commerce companies are using customer segmentation to sell their products to their customers, so in this paper, we are going to discuss customer segmentation and its various types with its applications and its usage in real world. We will be using many useful techniques like Cohort Analysis, RFM Analysis and Pareto Principle to know about the customers well and proceed with great recommendations and higher chances for the person to buy the product. We will recommend the best model for the purpose of Customer Segmentation since we have received good results in this research paper. We have done this project using clustering algorithms and our best model is Spectral Clustering.
