An Electrical Double-Layer Capacitive-Based Flexible Tactile Sensor Fabricated by Electrospinning Process

摘要
Flexible tactile sensors have wide applications in wearable devices, electronic skins, soft robotics, human-computer interaction technology, and etc. In this paper, a flexible tactile sensor based on the theory of electrical double layer capacitance was fabricated through electrospinning process. The fabricated sensor reveals excellent permeability and sensing performance. Specifically, it demonstrates a high sensitivity of 0.54 $\text{kPa}^{-1}$ and a low detection limit of 12 Pa, alongside superior mechanical stability over 5,000 recurring cycles.
