摘要

This article presents a hybrid technique for maximum power point tracking (MPPT) based on optimized blade design and implementation of a performance prediction algorithm that can be used generically for propeller horizontal axis wind turbine. Improvement on efficiency in the starting and steady-state conditions were guaranteed as a result.
