Design of Miniaturized and Highly Sensitive Fluorescence Detection Module for the Integrated Equipment of Nucleic Acid Rapid Detection

Aiming at the problems of large size, low sensitivity and high cost of fluorescence detection module in nucleic acid detection equipment, this paper designed a kind of fluorescence detection module with high sensitivity and integration, which was successfully integrated in the equipment of nucleic acid rapid detection. By optimizing the optical path of the detection and adding the closed-loop control of laser temperature, the laser and photodetector were integrated into a fluorescence detection module, which made the whole function more complete, the cost lower, and the size smaller. The detection interval of this module for propidium iodide was 10 -5 -10 -9 mg/mL. Subsequently, yellow fever virus was used as an example for sensitivity detection, and its minimum detection limit was 10 -1 copies/µL. Fluorescence detection module still has high sensitivity and repeatability in small volume, which has great potential and broad application prospects in commercial device detection.
