摘要
The article deals with the development of ultrafast charging stations for urban public transport vehicles with reduced impact on the electrical grid. The described activity deals with the dimensioning and executive design of a flywheel-based ground storage system, functional for rapid charging at the bus terminus. The design started from the energy structure to define masses, rotational speeds, and geometric dimensions, to then focus on the sizing of the static conversion structure which will form a sort of active electrical node between the flywheel, the electrical grid, and the energy storage system on board the vehicle.
