摘要
$SO_{2}, CS_{2}$ and $H_{2}S$ are important decomposition gases of $SF\epsilon$. Their kinds and contents are of great significance for the diagnosis of $SF\epsilon$ gas insulation equipment. In this paper, a method combining UV absorption spectroscopy with least square fitting is proposed for the quantitative calculation of three kinds of $SF\epsilon$ decomposition components. Therefore, we have obtained the correction formula for the calculation of $H_{2}S$ concentration in the higher concentration range. Combined with this formula, we can realize the accurate quantitative detection of three gases. The detection range is 1-10ppm for SO 2 and $H_{2}S$, and 30-300ppb for CS 2 . This paper provides a simple and efficient detection method, which is easy to integrate into the detection equipment, and provides a method support for the online monitoring of $SF\epsilon$ insulation equipment
