摘要
Optoelectronic tweezers (OET) by using the light-induced dielectrophoresis are applied to control liquid crystals (LC) droplets with a velocity of 180 μm/s for a 30-μm-diameter by applying 6.5 V at 20 kHz. The ability to control anisotropy and birefringent LCs by OET is promising for finding more photonic applications.
