In the above-named work, published in the July 2018 issue of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters, there is a missing citation in Sec. II-C. The citation should appear after the sentence "Since it is difficult to precisely model the inflation of the fabrics, we have the following assumptions" in the first paragraph of Sec. II-C on p. 2704 and is provided herein.
