An Isolating Switch Mechanism Box with Automatic Output of Operating Torque Curve

In view of the current situation that there is no special on-line measuring device for the operating torque of the high-voltage disconnector, by developing a new type of electric mechanism of the disconnector, integrating the torque and angle sensor applicable to the narrow space of the mechanism box, this paper measures the torque and other important parameters of the disconnector, automatically draws the relationship curve between the operating torque and the rotation angle of the main shaft, and automatically analyzes the disconnector. The difference between the current parameters and the historical parameters can send out alarm signals, which can provide scientific basis for condition based maintenance, and also can be used as the basis for daily operation status evaluation of equipment.
