摘要
The Web of Things (WoT) combined with agent-based computing, has emerged as a powerful computing paradigm where addressable resources are considered as service components which can offer highly granular functionality. In this paper, we present a framework whereby networked resources can be assembled, interact and in-voked as required, by other networked resources in a context-aware and customizable way. More specifically, the framework allows for URI addressable RESTful resources to be interconnected by utilizing a mapper model. Coordination of invocations can be achieved by an action model which is enacted upon the successful evaluation of a corresponding condition model. The condition and action models can be customized per user, in order to allow for the enactment of personalized resource interaction scenarios. Such an environment can introduce significant opportunities for novel applications in many different domains such as retail, banking, healthcare, logistics, and Industry 4.0 applications.
