摘要
Our study on functional metal oxides for the past 45 years is reviewed. Conversion Electron Mössbauer Spectroscopy (CEMS) and the depth selective CEMS (DCEMS) using a gas-flowing detector are useful in characterizing the surface layer of oxide on steel and stainless steel. The thin oxide layer on stainless steel responds well as a pH sensor. 57 Fe implanted SiO 2 glass becomes a transparent and magnetic material. Semiconductor SnO 2 films doped with dilute Fe and super dilute Fe are characterized by 57 Fe and 57 Mn ions implantation, respectively. The experimental results of dilute Fe doped SnO 2 are supported by ab initio calculation of the configuration models. Inelastic nuclear resonance scattering gives a vibration DOS of double perovskite oxides, which can absorb CO 2 rapidly at high temperatures. The new research will be developed on the base of the past studies.
