摘要
The impact of climate change on clinical care is evident through its interference with access to health care and the adverse health effects of extreme heat, floods, wildfire smoke, pollen, consequent eco-anxiety, and other climate-related exposures. Health care providers can address the health crisis caused by climate change by advocating for more sustainable health care delivery systems as well as directly helping patients anticipate potential health impacts and reduce their exposure to these hazards. We also need to expand efforts to train the workforce needed to provide quality and effec-tive health care in the face of unique challenges in this context.
