摘要

We demonstrate a high-power multi-wavelength distributed feedback (DFB) diode laser array chip as a continuously tunable terahertz (THz) source. The maximum single mode output power of the laser array is greater than 100 mW, and through optical heterodyne method, a continuously tunable terahertz emission of 0.096~1.59 THz can be generated.
