摘要
In this article, we study the production and decay of the Z' boson predicted by the U(1)(B-L) model, which is phenomenologically appealing. To carry out this purpose, we consider the process mu(+)mu -> Zh -> l(+)l(-)b (B) over bar with the subsequent decay of Z to pairs of leptons and of h to pairs of bottom quarks with l = e, mu. The study is realized in the resonance of the Z' boson and for the energies and luminosities of a future muon collider of root s = 3, 4, 5, 6 TeV and L = 1, 2, 3, 4 ab(-1). Our results show that the cross-section depends significantly on the center-of-mass energy of the collider and the parameters of the U(1)(B-L) model. The possibility of performing precision measurements for the Z' boson is very promising at the future muon collider, and our results may be helpful to the High Energy Physics community.
