摘要
•The mechanisms underling permeability evolution in fractured geothermal reservoir are studied.•Thermal stress increases the fracture permeability first, and decrease later when the heat influence disappears.•Fracture that are oriented sub-parallel to the minimal principal stress have a greater potential of increasing permeability.
