摘要
Smart agriculture is a growing field that uses advanced technology to improve the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of farming operations. One of the key technologies used in smart agriculture is Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN). A LPWAN protocol enables long-range wireless communication between IoT sensors and devices. In this paper, we propose a LoRa based smart agriculture management system that uses LPWAN technology to monitor and control various aspects of agriculture operations. The system consists of wireless sensors and devices deployed in the field to collect data on soil moisture levels, crop growth, weather conditions, and other factors that impact agriculture operations. The collected data is then transmitted to a central management system for analysis and decision-making. The system is designed to optimize irrigation, crop management, and other agricultural practices leading to increased efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. For the proposed system a microstrip patch antenna operating at 868 MHz is designed and developed. Performance of the proposed system is tested and validated by using developed antennas. The proposed system has the potential to revolutionize the way agriculture is managed, by enabling farmers to make data-driven decisions and respond quickly to changes in environmental conditions.
