摘要
In this paper, we propose the enhance sensing performance-based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor using silver (Ag), silicon nitride (Si3N4), and graphene oxide (GO). Here in, we describe the theoretical analysis of SPR biosensors for the detection of six types of cancer biomarkers (HeLa, Jurkat, PC12, MDA-MB-231, and MCF-7) using the transfer matrix method (TMM) and a comparative study is made on the basis of their sensing performances (sensitivity, detection accuracy, quality factor). We conclude that enhancement in sensing parameters for different cancer cells. Also, we performed numerical analysis using the finite element method (FEM). This biosensor shows better performance parameters for different cancer cells. Our biosensor shows good performance for different types of proposed cancer biomarkers. It is 172 deg./RIU (skin cancer), 199 deg./RIU (cervical cancer), 205 deg./RIU (blood cancer), 225 deg./RIU (adrenal cancer), 245 deg./RIU (breast cancer (type-1)), and 259 deg./RIU (breast cancer (type-II)), respectively. Our proposed biosensor shows better sensing performances in comparison to the other reported works. It may potential applications for different types of cancerous cell with enhanced performances.
