N-soliton solutions for a variable coefficient trihydrogenchain -helix protein system with gain or loss terms

In this paper, a class of variable coefficientcoupled Schr & ouml;dinger equations with gain or loss termsis studied, which can be used to describe soliton excita-tion in non-uniform trihydrogen chain alpha-helix proteins.TheN-soliton solutions of this equation are obtainedby using the Hirota bilinear method, the 1,2, 3-solitonsolutions are numerically simulated, and their dynamicproperties are analyzed. On this basis, the asymptoticbehavior of soliton solutions is discussed. Besides,the influence of variable coefficient function and otherparameters on solitons is studied, the correspondingrules are summarized.
