摘要
Fluorescence analysis using fluorescent probes as a tool is one of the most important technical methods in the field of substance detection, but fluorescent probes have problems such as poor biocompatibility and low stability. Here, metal organic frameworks (MOFs) were used to encapsulate the small molecule fluorescent probe DOX-BOD to construct the green-emitting fluorescent platform DOX-BOD@zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8). The experiments show that the designed DOX-BOD@ZIF-8 has a significant fluorescence response to DOX without interference from other possible substances, with a low detection limit of 2.72 & mu;M. In addition, DOX-BOD@ZIF-8 shows superior pH stability and photostability compared to DOX-BOD. Finally, the nanocomposite DOX-BOD@ZIF-8 was shown to be applicable for DOX detection in lake water. With the development of this type of materialized probe, there will be a significant boost to the detection and protection of the environment. We used the nanomaterial ZIF-8 to encapsulate the fluorescent probe DOX-BOD to obtain the functional material DOX-BOD@ZIF-8, which has superior stability and has been successfully applied to the detection of DOX residues in lake water samples.
