摘要

•A colorimetric aptasensor was developed based on TAPT-TDNs/MOF nanoprobes.•TAPT-TDNs can enhance the capture efficiency with excellent interface density.•MIL-101(Fe) was combined with TAPT-TDNs and HRP to improve the sensitivity.•The aptasensors display the excellent analytical performance for cTnI detection.
