摘要
Two different polyurethane acrylates (PUA) were synthesized from CO2 -polyol (PPC2000), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), or hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI). The successful synthesis of the PUA was confirmed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Then, a series of UV-curable strippable coatings were prepared using the synthesized PUA, photo-initiators and reactive diluents. The mechanical properties, double bond conversion, peel strength of the coatings were characterized. The results revealed that the double bond conversion rate of this series of UV-curable strippable coatings were more than 94 %, and the 180 degrees peel strength of the coating was as high as 2.57 N/cm. In addition, the surface decontamination performance of the different coatings were studied, the results showed that the coatings could remove upwards of 90 % of the contaminants from some of the tested substrates.
