摘要
•A high-efficiency Zn-TPA-MOF/ZnO protection layer is grown in-situ on Zn metal.•The Zn-TPA-MOF/ZnO significantly suppresses zinc dendrites and side reactions.•The Zn anode with Zn-TPA-MOF/ZnO accelerates the interface transfer of Zn2+.•The symmetric cell with Zn-TPA-MOF/ZnO@Zn possesses a long cycling lifespan.
