Study on Wear Evaluation of Cemented Carbide Micro Milling Cutter

At present, as a micro-machining technology, micro-milling has a high demand in the fields of machinery, aviation and aerospace. Whether in the macro or micro milling process, tool wear will inevitably occur, and tool wear has a great influence on the machining efficiency and machining accuracy of the product. Therefore, it is of great significance to select the correct tool wear evaluation index for the study of tool wear in the production process. Because there is no standard blunt standard for micro-milling cutters, this paper explores the blunt standard of cutting tools through the milling test of micromilling cutters with a diameter of $\emptyset$ lmm and the selection of corresponding wear evaluation indicators.
