Welcome Message from the KSE 2023 General Committee

The 2023 IEEE International Conference on Knowledge and Systems Engineering (KSE) is the 15th meeting of the series, held online from October 18-20, 2023, at the Academy of Cryptography Techniques. Hanoi, Vietnam. The first KSE conference was held from October 13-17, 2009, by the College of Technology, Vietnam National University (in short, VNU), Hanoi.
