Stochastic Dual-Channel Supply Chain with Low Carbon Preference and Carbon Emission Reduction

The optimal solution for one stochastic dual-channel supply chain based on consumer low-carbon preferences and cap-and-trade system is considered in this paper. Compared with single traditional retail channel, whether the manufacturer should open online direct channel is discussed on account of the expected profit of manufacturer. By using backward derivation in Stackelberg game model, the optimal solutions are derived both under decentralized model and centralized model. The effects of critical parameters on optimal solutions are analyzed through theoretical deduction. Finally, the comparative analysis is carried out by numerical results.
