摘要

The paper presents the design, simulation and validation experiments of a passive (battery free) RFID tag. The system is designed for 2.5 GHz interrogation signal and 5 GHz response. The concept is validated using microstrip patch antennas on FR-4 double clad substrate and SMD components.
