•The emergence of MDR pathogens is a primary health concern across the globe.•Efflux pumps are a major source for offering resistance to bacteria against several broad-spectrum antibiotics, which is of primary concern as no FDA-approved EPIs exist.•Bac-EPIC – an integrated web interface has been developed to predict novel efflux pump inhibitor compounds targeting Escherichia coli.•This web interface will aid the scientific community in addressing the issue of AMR.
