Design and Cold-Test of D-band Planar Microstrip Meander Line Slow Wave Structures and Adaptors

摘要
This paper reports the design D-band planar microstrip meander line (MML) slow wave structure (SWS) model based on probe adaptor and meander line antenna. Proposed MML is fabricated by simplified processes based on lithography and magnetron sputtering. The cold-test is carried out with MML model and THz probe. The measurement results show great agreement with simulation results and the deviation may be caused by the inaccurate simulation model.
