With the reduction of satellite launch costs and the development of micro satellite technology, major space faring countries in the world have begun to vigorously develop large-scale LEO constellations. High-precision time-frequency synchronization network is the core foundation of large-scale LEO constellations. Compared with the structural clock synchronization method of traditional satellite networks, the consensus-based clock synchronization method is more suitable for distributed, highly dynamic, multi-node satellite networks. This paper proposes a dynamic compensation method for the unified modeling of satellite clock and inter satellite motion in a highly dynamic satellite environment. Combining the multi-agent consistency theory, a space virtual clock model is constructed to dynamically compensate the errors caused by relative motion between satellite nodes. Compared with no dynamic compensation, the clock synchronization result has been greatly improved, which can meet the requirements of high-precision time-frequency synchronization network for large-scale LEO constellation in the future.
