Simulation analysis of ultrasonic impact on the release of welding residual stress

摘要
The thermal elastoplastic finite element method was used to numerically calculate the residual stress in the butt welding of AH36 high-strength marine steel, and the longitudinal and transverse residual stress distributions in the two path directions of the weld area were obtained. The analysis of the release of residual stress in welding along two paths under ultrasonic impact shows that the release ratio of residual stress in transverse welding along the two paths is in the range of 40-70%, and the release ratio of residual stress in longitudinal welding is in the range of 30-60%.
