摘要

•Manganese violet (MV) SA was used to generate mode-locked pulses at 2 μm.•The central wavelength of THDFL was 1909 nm with a pulse width of 1.27 ps.•The laser had a maximum output power of 3.02 mW and a peak power of 193.7 W.•The signal to noise ratio of the mode-locked pulses was as high as 65 dB.
